Alexander has been active in the field

executive search firms. He started his career at Philips Consumer
Electronics as area manager spending a lot of time abroad. Then he
worked as export manager at Ericsson Radio Systems for the next four
years and subsequently as interim manager at the Aerocom, the first
commercial Russian telecom company in Moscow.
